Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

The service

CliniMerge compiles patient records from your Cliniko account into a single PDF document. It is a processing tool: you initiate every retrieval, and you are responsible for what you produce and to whom you provide it.

Your responsibilities

You must have the legal authority to access the Cliniko account you connect and the patient records you retrieve. You are responsible for ensuring any disclosure of compiled records complies with applicable privacy and health records law, including limiting productions to any date range or scope specified in a subpoena or request. Keep your account credentials and Cliniko API key secure, and use an API key with the minimum permissions needed.

Subscription and billing

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial, merging requires a paid subscription billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are in Australian dollars and may change with 30 days' notice.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to access records without authority, resell the service, attempt to breach its security, or place unreasonable load on it or on Cliniko's API. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. The service depends on third parties (Cliniko, Stripe, hosting infrastructure) that we do not control. Always review compiled documents before relying on them or producing them to a third party — you are responsible for verifying completeness and accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice. Questions: support@clinimerge.com.au. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
